Max Kabat's Bio
Max brings experience from both sell-side and buyside roles within financial services. Most recently, Max worked for Kohlberg & Company, a private equity firm, where he evaluated investment opportunities across sectors.
Max also worked for Houlihan Lokey, a public middle-market investment bank. At Houlihan, Max represented sellers of
environmental and business services companies.
Max is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
